        The procurement includes delivery of complete top lifted and bottom emptied containers for collecting waste from cabins and households in the region of Grenland, as well as a Service agreement.

        The procurement is divided into 2 subcontracts, to which each subcontract is assigned to 1 supplier. The tenders for each subcontract are evaluated separately.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        The amount of top lifted and bottom emptied containers to be delivered is estimated to 190 pcs. The fractions residual waste, paper/cardboard as well as glass- and metal packaging are to be enabled to be delivered in separate containers at the waste collection points. The collection points are used by cabins and households connected to multi-household solutions.

        The offered containers should have usable volumes as indicated in Table 1.

        The filling aperture heights of the containers are to meet the following requirements:

        1. Accepted filling aperture height exceeding 1.2 m, for containers intended for cabins

        2. Maximum filling aperture height up to 1.2 m, for containers intended for households

        If the provided containers meet the requirements of category 2, they can be provided in both categories.

        Containers which correspond to the requirement in Category 1 may be modified and provided under Category 2 if the modification meet the requirement accordingly.

        The containers provided are, as standard, to be equipped with electronic systems for both customer access control and level controlled emptying. Purchases of containers without the electronic systems may occur.

        The amount of smaller top lifted and bottom emptied containers of ~ 1000 litres is estimated to 950 pcs. The containers are intended for Glass- and Metal packaging as a supplement to the existing containers at multi-household waste collection points.

        The filling aperture height of the containers is to meet the following requirements:

        a. Maximum height of 1.2 m

        b. If the filling aperture height of the original container provided exceeds 1.2 m, the solution must be modified with an aperture placed lower than 1.2 m. The volume reduction resulting from the modification must be indicated. Some containers without the modification may be purchased when intended for waste from cabins.
