        — the agency’s official publications (brochures, reports etc.).

        The scope of the storage is currently approx. 185 different products. The copies vary from approx. 100 to several thousand (with the largest volume of postal printed matter).

        Distribution:

        Packing and sending of the above named products to fulfil orders nationwide. It may be anyone from private persons with small orders to organisations/agency’s who order printed matter in large quantities.

        Estimate: In excess of 1 700 shipments per year.

        Printing:

        The Contracting Authority wants a fixed arrangement for printing of envelopes, business cards, conference folders, that can be ordered through the electronic trade solution.

        Printing of brochures, advertising material etc., as well as copying which is an option. The Contracting Authority may select other service providers for such assignments.
