        The document controller will have the following responsibility and work assignments:

        — implement document control according the project need,

        — coordinate and ensure traceability of all technical documentation,

        — coordinate and ensure good flow of technical clarifications,

        — facilitate good interaction between the builder and contractor,

        — ensure effective and traceable communication between the builder and contractor,

        — structure and archive contract documentation,

        — guide and train the project team to know the tools and process for document control,

        — archive information as needed,

        — maintain and update the project documentation system,

        — other relevant assignments.

        The document control function shall ensure:

        — traceability of all documentation,

        — effective and structured document control process,

        — effective and traceable flow of documents between the builder and contractor.

        SUS2023 use the project management tool Pims365.
