        The contracting authority in this tender contest is Møre og Romsdal County, c/o the building and maintenance section. The contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for E01b demolition and environmental clearance of buildings A and B, cold stores etc., for the project K104 Romsdal sixth form college.

        The contractor for E01b demolition and environmental clearance shall, without the list being complete, undertake all work connected with the demolition and environmental clearance of buildings A and B, cold stores etc., as stated in the rest of the tender documentation. Buildings A and B are situated to the west of the new building and to the north and west of building K.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        The services included in this contract are the demolition of buildings A and B, cold stores /garage, including the required environmental clearance, as stated in the tender documentation, with a description, environmental clearance reports and drawings showing the remaining buildings, etc.

        The tender is for the demolition and environmental clearance of buildings A and B, cold stores /garage etc., as well as options etc., as stated in:

        — Annex A1 Orientation on the project.

        — Annex A2 Description and limitations of the contract work.

        — Annex B1 Remuneration form (separate price form).

        The demolition of buildings A and B, as well as cold stores /garage etc. is to be a fixed price without any regulation of amounts.

        RIM has given guiding amounts for the environmental clearance of buildings A and B.

        A tender conference will be held on Friday 12.1.2018 at 12:00, meet at Romsdal sixth form college - main entrance of the southern new building.

        Regarding the environmental clearance and demolition of the cold stores /garage etc., the contractor must himself calculate the waste amounts and extent of work, based on the tender documentation and site inspection.

        Annex B2 technical function description, annex E drawings and supplementary technical documents, annex F SHA (safety, health and working environment) are included as part of what the tenderer shall include in his tender.

        Mapping ground pollution:

        An oil tank has been found that is connected to the boiler room in block B. When this is dug up, an environmental consultant must assess whether there is a risk of oil pollution and take samples if required. Any depositing of matter will be settled on the basis of the unit price for an ordinary landfill site or a landfill site for hazardous waste.
