        The services in this competition include site gardening work and surfaces /coverings, including water and sewage installations, cable ditches and foundations for light masts, as well as concrete constructions.

        The tender is for outdoors work to the west and north of the new building, including options, as stated in:

        The outdoor work described in annex B2 mainly consists of:

        — Terrain preparation.

        — Outdoor constructions.

        —— Various dry walls and terrain steps.

        —— Fences, bicycle shelters and plant boxes.

        — Outdoor plumbing installations (drains and line drains).

        — Outdoor electricity (outside lights).

        — Roads and open spaces.

        — Kerbstones.

        —— Concrete slabs, terrace table area.

        — Park and gardens.

        The extent of the work must be adapted in areas that border the east and south outdoors for the new building, as stated in the tender conference /site inspection. This is to be clarified by the builder /construction management during the execution.

        Options are included and will be summed up when the descriptive amount is priced. Clarification on whether the options will be taken up will be given when the contract is signed. Some options are for ball areas and activity areas, applications have been put in for lottery grants or local environment measures.
