         Samferdselsdepartementet (the Ministry of Transport and Communications) wants assistance to ensure good and efficient management of urban growth agreements, and assistance and advice about measures that ensure efficient, certain and climate friendly urban mobility. The consultant must be able to advise the Ministry of Transport and Communications in the establishment of good, professional basis for decisions and so that good and efficient management structures can be established in regard to urban growth agreements and new mobility solutions.
