         SPK would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with a tenderer who can assist in the development and execution of various activities connected to organisation development. Tenderers must be able to offer 4-6 senior consultants who shall be used in the assignments.

         A Framework Agreement shall be signed with 1 tenderer for the assignment. The duration of the Framework Agreement period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority shall have an option to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 years (1 + 1) to a total maximum contract period of 4 years.
