        The objective and scope of the contract:

        The competition is for a contract for regular cleaning of the premises at Gydas vei 8, Majorstuen 0363 Oslo.

        The contract includes full service with sanitary services, hygiene services and mat hire. The hygiene services that are included consists of refilling, procurements and delivery or hygiene containers with the accompanying equipment, as well as emptying and cleaning them. In addition the Contracting Authority has an option to procure cleaning to order, such as extra washing when required, polishing, cleaning furniture, etc. after unforeseen events.

        The cleaning is to be performed on weekdays between 06:00 and 15:45. Approx. 120 persons work in Gydas vei 8. The total area to be cleaned in the building is estimated to be 6113 m2 divided over 6 floors. The cleaning areas are subject to change in accordance with the Contracting Authority´s needs.

        The new contract shall come into force on 25.6.2018.

        The Contracting Authority aims to have modern cleaning services in line with the developments in the branch. The cleaning services shall be in line with the current level as regards the branch´s competence, use of cleaning chemicals, cleaning machinery/equipment, methods, use of resources and cleaning quality.

        The Contracting Authority´s need for the cleaning service shall be continually developed and adapted to the technical and organisational development within the cleaning branch in order to avoid unnecessary impact on cleaners and the inside and outside environment.

        Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

        The Contracting Authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
