         Kulturrådet [the Arts Council Norway] shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The framework agreement will comprise software, licences, assistance connected to the purchase of this agreement, hereunder consultancy services and associated services.

         Tenderers shall be able to offer their entire spectrum of licences but also be able to obtain other licences if required.

         The framework agreement is initially valid for 2 years, calculated from the contract signing date, with the possibility to extend for a further 2 years, by 1 year at a time up to a total of 4 years.

         The estimated annual volume is between 800 000 NOK — 1 400 000 NOK excluding VAT. This is an estimate and is not binding on the Contracting Authority.
