         A framework agreement with consultant communicator(s) shall ensure KDI access to a broader consultancy market. Other contracting authorities" experience with such framework agreements also indicates that KDI will be able to gain access to smaller companies and niche companies that often do not compete in larger framework agreements. In light of the constant technological developments, KDI also believes that a framework agreement with consultant(s) will to a greater extent ensure that KDI can acquire updated ICT competence by individual call-offs.

         The aim of the tender competition is to establish a framework agreement that covers KDI need for consultancy services within the stated ICT disciplines.
