EEA 064-2019 Løvstakkveien 27-29 Renovation of Flats
Bergen Municipality, Housing Management Department (EBF) will renovate flats in Løvstakkveien 27ABC, 27DE, 29ABC, 29DE
This function description includes constructional, electrical, and technical HVAC and sanitary work.
A total of 50 flats are to be renovated.
Replacing roofs, approx. 2 000 m2 roof surface, and approx. 40 balcony doors and approx. 376 windows are to be replaced.
All pipes must have mountings, roof hoods must be replaced.
The work is to be carried out as part of a turnkey contract, which will include all work from dimensioning for the engineering design services until the building is completed. The specifications for all the installations define the function requirements, general requirements, dimensioning data, and the use of these.
Everything in the description applies and must be delivered, even if it it is described in a different chapter than what would be seen as natural.
The turnkey contractor will be responsible for all the engineering design services.
The turnkey contractor will be responsible for the continuation of the SØK function with the municipality after the framework permit has been received. The framework permit has been received.
The turnkey contractor will be responsible for all the amounts in the project.
Regardless of what is on the drawings, or in the following description and annexes, the turnkey contractor will be responsible for compliance with all current laws, regulations and Norwegian standards.
General for all flats:
New bathrooms and kitchen, complete as specified in the descriptive text for each profession. New wall surfaces in all areas. New ceilings in all areas. New floor coverings in all areas except existing bedrooms, which will be replaced as required as daywork based on the stated unit prices. All flats and communal areas must have sprinkler installations. Balanced ventilation is to be installed. New electrical installations.
