         Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this contract.

         Questions concerning the tender competition

         Any questions regarding the tender documentation shall be submitted in writing via the notification system in the KGV (Visma Tendsign) portal by 18.12.2019

         The deadline is set so that the contracting authority shall have sufficient time to prepare and send answers to the other tenderers before the tender deadline. Questions are anonymised and answers are sent to all tenderers who have registered their interest in the KGV (Visma Tendsign) portal.
