        The competition is for a framework agreement for plumbing services for the municipalities:

        Eidsvoll, Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad, Nes and Ullensaker. Municipal owned companies and inter-municipal companies can enter into the agreement if required. The objective of the call for tender is to ensure the contracting authority access to high quality plumbing services at the right price. The value of the contract is estimated to approx. 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. Note that the value is informative and not binding for the contracting authority. Large and smaller scopes can be procured. Other entities in the municipalities can enter the contract if required.

        The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 and has decided that for this type of procurement it is suitable to divide into geographical zones.

        Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for 1 or more participating municipalities (zones). Subtenders are not accepted for an individual geographical zone.

        The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

        The contracting shall if possible, enter into 3 or several parallel framework agreements for each municipality. The contracting authority expects that tenderers study the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
