      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         A contract will be signed with the engineering design group in accordance with NS 8401. In connection with this, the group must safeguard internal organisation and operation as required by NS 8401. The engineering design group must cover the combined need for engineering design services. Any special advisers that the tenderer believes must participate in the draft and detailed engineering design must therefore be included as sub-consultants to the engineering design group, if the group itself does not have the necessary expertise.

         The engineering group leader (PGL) will lead the group professionally and administratively.

         The engineering design group will prepare and produce a combined organisation plan for the group, stating which persons have key functions and what qualifications they have.

         The following disciplines shall be included in the group contract:

         — engineering design group manager (PGL),

         — architectural services (ARK),

         — fire consultant (RIBr),

         — consultant for noise/acoustics (RIA),

         — landscape architect (LARK),

         — interior architect (IARK),

         — civil engineer (RIB),

         — HVAC engineer (RIV),

         — water and Sewage engineer (RIVA),

         — electrical engineer (RIE),

         — geotechnical (RIG),

         The project will be implemented in accordance with the turnkey contract model.

         Based on the assignment description under Description in part 5, 6 and Appendix ‘Tegningsgrunnlag’ [Draft Basis].
