         Bergen kommune c/o Etat for utbygging (EFU) shall construct a new cultural building in Fyllingsdalen. The cultural building shall include a cultural centre and library. The library shall be a branch for the main library and must be a public library.

         The contracting authority now wants to engage an advisor for cultural buildings. The advisor must assist the contracting authority and be a part of the contracting authority"s organisation for the project. The cultural building advisor shall assist the project manager at EFU and must be the specialist for the cultural building/library project.

         The service includes assistance to the project manager, and initially includes the preparation of a draft project.

         If the implementation of the project is approved politically, the advisor must assist EFU"s project manager during the entire project period up until the building is completed.
