        An equivalent scheme is applicable for Gran and the figures are approx. 2 450 sludge interceptors/septic and grey-water tanks, approx. 300 sealed tanks and approx. 80 mini-treatment plants in Gran kommune [municipality].

        In addition, there will be extra emptying due to separate customer orders. In 2012, there were approx. 600 separate customer orders in Gran municipality and 300 in Lunner municipality.

        For extra emptying, transport (attendance) and emptying (volume) are 2 items. The transport price must be the same within the individual municipality (fixed attendance fee).

        The refuse collector must also offer emptying of installations within 24 hours (emergency emptying).

        The refuse collector must also be able to offer required flushing of pipes and inflow and infiltration trenches.

        The municipalities are based on local dewatering as the primary solution.

        Additional emptying beyond regular emptying routes can be carried out by conventional septic vehicles in both municipalities.

        Where vehicle access is not possible, tractors/trailers must be utilised for emptying.

        When using conventional septic vehicles/other such emptying methods, delivery to the reception facility must occur as per instructions from Gran and Lunner municipalities.

        Sludge from mobile dewatering units must be delivered to Monserud Treatment Plant in Ringerike municipality, and the tender must be based on this.
