         Kristiansand eiendom intends to reduce energy consumption in sports halls. Throughout the project there will be a focus on cost benefit, where investments should be able to pay for themselves within a reasonable period of time. The competition

         The competition concerns the replacement of lighting (HQL lamps) with new LED fixtures. The scope is further described in the technical description. During preparation of the technical basis, external competence will be brought in from AS Elektrisk to calculate the reflective values in each building. This provides all tenderers with equal values to relate to during calculation of lighting in the halls.
