The energy provider will see to the contracting authority"s total need for electricity. The contracting authority would like to obtain price offers for the delivery of electricity to all sites that the companies are responsible for. The sites are geographically located in different places in the owner municipalities. See Annex 4. The aim of this competition is to ensure that the contracting authority has competitive prices in the coming years, and so that the provider facilitates the delivery of the physical electricity that the contracting authority needs at any one time.
