        The municipal plan for Kristiansand, approved in 2011, shows that it is a continuous public transport lane out of the town, across a new Varodd Bridge, through the Haumyrhei Tunnel to Rona.

        The construction of a new public transport lane can be included in the project. The new public transport lane is therefore included as an option to the project. The option shall include all engineering design services; including all disciplines that are required for developing a public transport lane included in the scope of the contract, and in accordance with the general contract specifications. An additional day with creative interaction in connection with the option shall be arranged if the option relevant.

        The deadline for providing a complete and quality controlled tender documentation (/complete delivery) is 15.9.2019. The corresponding deadline given in point A3.4 is changed if the option is relevant.

        The contracting authority"s final deadline for including the option is 1.4.2019.
