         Sandnes Eiendomsselskap KF (SEKF) invites tenderers to an open tender competition for Framework Agreement for fences and gates for outdoor areas. The objective of the tender competition is to cover the Contracting Authority"s requirements for purchase, removal, repairs and assembly of fences, gates and other fencing materials for all municipalities included in the Contracting Authority"s property portfolio.

         The Framework Agreements shall cover the Contracting Authority"s requirements for fences and gates for all of the Contracting Authorities" properties. The Framework Agreements include:

         — the delivery and assembly of fences, gates and other fencing materials,

         — all works related to disassembly and transportation of old fencing materials, including steel and concrete,

         — repairs of current fences (materials) and gates,

         — procurements of fences, gates and fencing materials for works carried out by the Contracting Authority,

         — hourly-paid work without the supply of materials. E.g. clearing of trees and bushes in the route of the fences.

         The assignments must be implemented as agreed with the Contracting Authority and any written work descriptions/drafts issued by the Contracting Authority.

         The Framework Agreements also include projects of different complexity and degree of difficulty.
