        The procurement concerns cleaning of SPK’s premises in Verkstedveien 1, Skøyen, Oslo. The delivery is comprised of cleaning of all premises used by SPK. The contract also includes delivery of hygiene and sanitary items. If there is any expansion in connection with any projects or similar, the contract will also cover such premises.

        A contract will be signed for daily cleaning of SPK’s premises at Skøyen, a total of approx. 10 000 m2. A more detailed description of the premises can be found in Annex 1 Appendix 1 ‘Room list and area, including the material on the floor surfaces’. The current annual budget for cleaning services is just below 2 000 000 NOK, including VAT and cleaning products.

        In the current contract for cleaning services, we use INSTA-800 as a control method. In this contract we will not use INSTA-800 as in our experience it has been complex and costly. In this contract we will also switch to needs-based cleaning. We therefore anticipate that the tender offers will be at a lower cost level than the current contract and budget.

        Both participation enquiries and tender offers shall be delivered electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no. Enquiries or tender offers delivered in other ways will be rejected.

        SPK suggests that both participation requests and tender offers be submitted well before the deadline expires. The last submitted tender will be considered the tender of record.

        All written and verbal communication in connection with this competition shall take place in Norwegian. The language requirement also applies to the actual tender.
