         The assignment will consist of the following:

         — Regular milling of received garden waste in the contracting authority"s area,

         — Received Christmas trees are to be milled in January/February,

         — Loading the milled matter,

         — Transporting milled matter from the contracting authority"s area.

         — Composting milled matter at certified facilities. The way that the garden waste is composted shall ensure that blacklisted seeds do not survive the process.

         The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract for the treatment and transport of garden waste. The garden waste disposal receive approx. 3 500 tonnes of garden waste per annum (2016) and is open in the period 1 April — 31 October In periods where spring season starts earlier than 1 April or the autumn season is longer than 31 October, the business hours can be extended accordingly. When the agreed upon season ends, the garden waste disposal shall be cleared and made ready for a new season.
