Framework Agreement for Builder"s Services
Karmøy municipality, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, aims at entering a contract for builder"s services/joiner services (repairs, maintenance, installations, reconstruction works, etc.).
The service provider must expect to provide services for properties where the Contracting Authority has lessees/users/residents, and where additional safety measures and security clearance of the offered personnel are required. The service provider must, in connection with the work, act in accordance with this in an acceptable manner in regards safety, efficiency and conduct.

The service provider must adapt his works with other activities at the work location. The service provider must inform about the start-up date and the expected completion date. Unless otherwise agreed, inspections with the Contracting Authority must be carried out prior to start-up, as well as a finalising inspection subsequent to the execution of the assignment. This shall not generate any costs for the Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority can request a budget price prior to the implementation of measures. This budget price shall be given without generating any costs for the Contracting Authority.
