         The Research Council of Norway, c/o the Area for Society and Health, Global Development Department, invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations in one stage for a contract for the procurement of a research driven trade conference for the GLOBVAC programme. The aim of the conference is to create an arena for presentations and discussion on relevant topics about research for better health in low and lower middle income countries. The conference must be relevant for Norwegian research environments within global health.

         The Research Council of Norway would like an international conference to be held in Norway, with support from a Norwegian research institution. The conference must be held in accordance with the main aims of the GLOBVAC programme, and it ought to cover all of the thematic priorities. The conference can also include themes that fall within the broader definition of global health research.

         The best tender within the maximum cost limit of 1 225 000 NOK excluding VAT will be chosen.
