         The Research Council of Norway wants to connect with a strategic collaborating partner who covers the areas of manager, skills and competence and organisation development.

         The strategic collaboration partner will assist management and HR with the need for management and HR as needed to strengthen the area:

         — strategic management and performance management,

         — change management and change capacity,

         — measures to increase the digital maturity and competence, and digital change management. The anticipate value will be 4 000 000 NOK (excluding VAT) over a 4-year period.
